General Vendor Information
The 2024 Columbia County Fair dates are July 24, 2024 at 5pm through July 28, 2024 at 4pm.
No vendor may remove or dismantle their space prior to 4pm on Sunday, July 28, 2024. Failure to comply with this dismantling rule, The fair holds the right to withhold your ability to return in the future.
Set-up begins at 8am Tuesday, July 23, 2024. All exhibits must be in full display by 5pm on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Exhibit hours are 10am-9pm, with the exception of Sunday, July 28, 2024, which will end at 4pm.
All local, state, and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19 will be adhered to that are in effect at the beginning of the fair (e.g., masks, social distancing, use of disinfectants, etc).
All exhibitors MUST provide a copy of liability insurance from your insuring agent. Please attach to your agreement if mailing, or attach in an email if paying online. If emailing, please email to paul_maryb@yahoo.com.
No strolling vendors are allowed without prior approval from the Columbia County Fair Association Board of Directors.
All tables and chairs will be provided by the vendor. Please stay in your designated area. No display may be in the walking area located in front of your vendor space.
Sales of cotton candy, corn dogs, funnel cakes, deep fried Oreos, fresh squeezed lemonade, deep fried cheese curds, fresh cut french fries, chicken tenders, and sno cones/slushies are strictly prohibited.

If you plan to mail a check, please download, print, and return the 2024 Vendor Agreement along with all other vendor requirements. Failure to submit or comply with all requirements may result in forfeiture of your vendor space for the duration of the fair.

No matter the location or size of vendor space you’re purchasing, all vendors must submit either via mail, email, or in-person on set-up day, the Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Form. (S240f Form)
