The Columbia County Fair Association Board of Directors is proud to introduce our 2026 Fairest of the Fair and her Court.
LILLIAN COOK
I am honored to serve as the 2026 Columbia County Fairest of the Fair as we celebrate our 175th Anniversary!
I am the daughter of Barnaby and Erin Cook of Rio and have been actively involved in the Columbia County Fair through my participation in the Rio Go-Getters 4-H Club and Rio FFA. Throughout the years, I have enjoyed exhibiting poultry, showcasing wood-burning creations, and volunteering in our fair food stands.
During my high school FFA career, I participated in numerous Leadership Development Events, performed in both the State and National FFA Chorus, served as Chapter Vice President, and earned my Wisconsin FFA State Degree. I am currently working toward earning my American FFA Degree, which I hope to receive this fall.
I am currently a junior nursing student at Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, Wisconsin, where I continue to pursue my passion for serving others.
The Columbia County Fair has played an important role in shaping my leadership, work ethic, and commitment to community service. As we celebrate the 175th Anniversary of the Columbia County Fair, I am excited for the opportunity to represent our county and connect with the people who make our fair so special. I look forward to meeting community members, hearing their stories, and helping create a memorable and welcoming fair experience for all.
I am proud to represent Columbia County and look forward to celebrating this historic milestone with you this summer.

I am an eighth-grade student and an active member of the Portage FFA chapter. I enjoy being involved in agriculture, leadership activities, and opportunities to serve my community.
The Columbia County Fair is an important part of my life. I exhibit ducks, show dairy cattle, and participate in a variety of projects and activities throughout the fair. Being involved in the fair has provided me with valuable opportunities to learn new skills, build friendships, and share my passion for agriculture with others.
Outside of the fair, I stay active by playing hockey and softball. I am also a proud member of the New Directions 4-H Club. Through my involvement in FFA, 4-H, athletics, and fair projects, I have developed leadership skills, responsibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. I especially enjoy caring for my animals and spending time with family and friends.
As we celebrate the 175th Anniversary of the Columbia County Fair, I am excited to represent our fair and help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for all who attend. I look forward to meeting fairgoers and sharing in the traditions that make our fair such a special part of our community.
